I have spent more than 20 years in California hotels. Front desk, sales, revenue, and general manager. I have worked multiple properties remotely for more than 14 years. I have managed RFPs, group and tour business, mid-week construction-crew accounts, and daily rates. I also handle Google Business Profile, Maps, and AI search visibility, and I train the front desk to convert the call.
That combination is why the seat works. Independent hotels need sales, visibility, and revenue help. Most cannot hire all three. I cover that gap for $2,800 a month. One hotel per competitive set. I will not work a direct competitor while I am working with you.
