The site
The site describes consulting for independent and boutique hotels in California. It is not software, not a SaaS product, and not an offer to every property. Information on the site is general. It is not a promise of rankings, occupancy, rate, RevPAR, or revenue.

A conversation is not an engagement
Calling, texting, emailing, or submitting a form does not create a client relationship. Work starts only when we agree on scope, fee, and competitive-set exclusivity. That agreement controls the work. These website terms do not.

Fees
A stated monthly fee, including $2,800 where published, is the starting point for a standard engagement. The actual fee, term, and scope are confirmed before work begins. Nothing on the site is an invoice.

What I do not guarantee
I do not guarantee Google or AI placement, OTA ranking, direct-booking volume, group or crew business, or a revenue result. Results depend on the hotel, the market, the competitive set, and what the property does with the work.

Your content
Do not send guest payment data, passwords, or full guest folios through the website form. If we work together, hotel information you provide is used for that engagement and is not sold.

Site content
Text, the Revenue Visibility System name, and page layout belong to Lasiter Edge. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.

Links and tools
The site may use Google reCAPTCHA and other hosting tools. Those providers have their own terms.

Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent California law allows, Lasiter Edge is not liable for decisions you make from website content alone.

Changes
I may update these terms by posting a new date on this page.
