What I collect
If you call, text, email, or use the contact form, I receive what you send: name, hotel, phone, email, and the message. The site host and form tool may also log basic technical data such as browser type and IP address. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA.

What I do with it
I use that information to answer you and, if we work together, to do the consulting work. I do not sell personal information. I do not run an advertising audience from your inquiry.

Hotel work
If you become a client, I may handle business information you give me: listing access, rates, inquiry notes, RFP and group details, and staff training notes. I use that for your engagement. I do not need guest card numbers. Do not send them.

Who else sees it
Email, phone, website hosting, and reCAPTCHA providers process data so the site and messages work. I do not give your hotel’s commercial information to another hotel. Competitive-set exclusivity is part of that practice.

How long I keep it
Inquiry notes are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Client files are kept for the engagement and for a reasonable period after it ends, then deleted or returned if you ask and the law does not require me to keep them.
