Most hotels treat listings, reviews, the front desk, sales, groups, and rate decisions as separate problems. Guests do not experience them separately.
They search.
They judge what they see.
They inquire, call, or send an RFP.
The hotel either converts that demand — or someone else does.
1. Visibility — Get Found
Can the right guest find you in Google, Maps, and AI search — and do they understand the difference between an OTA listing and booking direct?
This stage includes:
GBP and AI content matter. They are the front door. They are not the whole hotel.
2. Perception — Get Trusted
Once they find you, does the hotel look current and worth contacting?
This stage includes:
A hotel can appear in search and still lose the guest if the public record looks thin next to the competitive set.
3. Conversion — Get the Booking
Found and trusted only count if the hotel can close the opportunity.
This stage includes:
This is where many independent hotels leak money they already paid to attract.
4. Revenue — Keep More of It
The goal is not more activity on the listing. The goal is a better result on the books.
This stage includes:
Found → Trusted → Booked → Revenue.
How it is delivered
Playbooks, training, and ongoing execution — scoped to the property.
Some hotels need to tighten the visibility and reputation layer first.
Some need the front desk, sales, RFPs, and mid-week group/crew work.
Some need the full path.
What this is not
It is a consulting relationship built around the system. We use the parts that fit the leak.
Exclusivity
Defined by your competitive set before work begins. I will not work both sides of a direct conflict while the engagement is active.

For independent hotels
There are playbooks across all four stages, including the guest path from arrival forward. The work can include visibility, perception, conversion training, and on-property process — scoped to what the hotel actually needs.
The system is how the work is organized. The delivery is a remote commercial seat: sales, visibility, front-desk conversion, and rate help, scoped to the hotel. Standard engagement is $2,800 a month. One hotel per competitive set.
