A conversation first. Then a scoped engagement. Then the system, applied to the part of the revenue path that is leaking.
I do not start by selling a package.
I start by looking at your hotel as an owner would.
The Revenue Visibility System is the framework. The work is scoped to what you actually need — not a fixed menu sold the same way to every hotel.
1. Conversation
Call or text. No script. No long pitch.
I want to understand how guests currently find the hotel, what they see when they do, what happens to inquiries, calls, RFPs, and walk-ins, and where revenue is leaking — including to OTAs and the competitive set.
If I do not believe I can help, I will say so.
2. Assessment
We look at the four stages:
Sometimes the leak is the Google profile and AI content.
Sometimes it is reviews and proof.
Sometimes it is how the phone is answered, how the desk sells the stay, or how groups and RFPs are handled.
3. Scope
The engagement is built around the work that matters for that property.
That may include:
No public price list. Scope, market, and outcome determine the engagement.
4. Implementation
You work directly with me.
I review the hotel, identify the problems, oversee the work, and keep the system moving.
This is not an app, a dashboard, or a junior account manager running a checklist.
5. Protection
Exclusivity is defined before work begins, based on your competitive set.
I will not work both sides of a direct conflict while the engagement is active.
What you should not expect:
The work is real. The results follow the work.
Independent and boutique hotels in California that want stronger control over visibility, guest perception, conversion, and the revenue that stays in-house.
If you want a cheap monthly vendor to “handle Google,” this is not the right fit.
If you want a consultant to improve the path from search to revenue, it may be.
Start with a conversation.
